Batch diagnosis
Upload a CSV with one row per sample. Provide a growth Stage (A–E) and either a State (e.g. TX — auto-mapped to its DRIS region) or an explicit Region name, plus the nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, B). Column names are matched loosely, so lab exports like StateProvince, Growth Stage, Total N, Zn-ppm work as-is. An optional ID column is carried through. Not sure of the format? DRIS norms (reference nutrient-ratio means & CVs)
The engine compares each sample’s nutrient ratios to these region- & stage-specific norms. Pick a region and stage to view its 110 ratio norms. Edit values by exporting to CSV, changing them, and importing — columns match the Excel Norms sheet, so that CSV imports directly too.
ODIR — Optimal DRIS Index Ranges (balanced bands)
A nutrient is flagged deficient or excessive only when its DRIS index falls below/above this balanced band (reference mean ± 1 SD) for its region and stage. Pick a region and stage to view its 11 bands. Edit via export → change → import; columns match the Excel ODIR sheet.
Sufficiency ranges (5-level, editable)
A raw tissue value is classified into one of five levels — Very Low, Low, Sufficient, High, Very High — using four cut points, per region and stage (each region keeps its own set). Bands come from the reference population mean ± 1/2 SD in log space. Edit the cut points below, or use export → change → import. The exported CSV has four plain-number columns — Low_start, Sufficient_start, High_start, VeryHigh_start (the value where each level begins) — so it's easy to edit; the original 5-Level spreadsheet format also imports. A region-less CSV updates all regions. Changes apply immediately (kept in this browser).
